Frequently asked questions

Are you chartered town planners?

We are not presenting ourselves as RTPI chartered planners. Where an application needs formal planning advice or expert evidence, we work alongside appropriately qualified consultants.

Can you guarantee approval?

No. Decisions rest with the local planning authority (or the Planning Inspectorate on appeal). We focus on complete, well-organised applications.
