Last updated: 4 October 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by West Gate Consulting - FZCO, IFZA Building, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("West Gate", "we", "us"). West Gate Consulting - FZCO is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in providing our services. Our London office is at 25 Eccleston Place, Eccleston Yard, Belgravia, London, SW1W 9NF. For any privacy question, contact us using our contact form.

UK services and payments

Some UK services and payments are handled by our UK partner, Spire Trade Advisors Ltd (registered in England and Wales), 9 Soapworks House, Carrack Mews, London, England, E16 2EN, on behalf of West Gate Consulting - FZCO. Where it handles UK services or payments, Spire Trade Advisors Ltd processes the personal data needed to do so (such as your name, company, contact and billing details) on our behalf and under our instructions.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries, call requests and bid reviews: name, company, contact details, your message and any documents you send. We use them to respond and to provide the service you ask for (our legitimate interests, or steps before entering into a contract).
  • Free ebook and tool results: name, company, email, optional phone and sector, and any results you choose to send. We use them to deliver what you requested and, where relevant, to follow up once about it (legitimate interests).
  • Tender alerts: name, company, company email, optional phone, your alert preferences, and the date and time you signed up and confirmed. We send alerts only after you confirm your email address (double opt-in), on the basis of your consent. Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Marketing emails and the monthly market report: only if you tick the relevant box (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
  • WhatsApp alerts (coming soon): if you tick the box we store your UK mobile number and your consent. We do not send WhatsApp messages yet and will not do so without that consent.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Your browser may store small technical items needed for the site to work. If we add optional analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first. Our online booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose to book a call through it; Calendly may then set its own cookies, as described in its privacy and cookie notices.

Who we share data with

We use trusted processors to run the website and send email: Netlify (website hosting, form handling and data storage), Resend (email delivery) and Calendly (online call booking, if you choose to book a call through our calendar). They act on our instructions. Some processing may take place outside the UK, for example in the United States or the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact unless we go on to work together. Tender alert subscriptions: while you are subscribed, and a suppression record for up to 2 years after you unsubscribe so we do not email you again. Client project records: as long as needed for our contract and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, ask for data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to help first.

Tender data

Tender search results and alerts contain public sector information from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Buyer contact details shown in official notices belong to those notices.
