Our approach

Selective, transparent and aligned with you

Successful partnerships are built on mutual selectivity. Before we take on a project we make sure we can add real value quickly, and we will tell you honestly if an opportunity is not right for you.

  • Project analysis and alignment: we analyse your goals, capability and the opportunity
  • Gap analysis: we identify weaknesses, gaps and missing requirements and agree solutions with you
  • Execution: a dedicated contact, regular updates and a line-by-line review before submission
  • Risk management: we flag headline risks early and plan mitigations

Fair commercial models

Depending on the work, we quote a fixed fee, or combine a modest upfront fee with a fee on award so our incentives sit with yours. You always see the proposal before work starts.
